My role in this world is to help people behind the scenes who want to play a bigger game.
You can’t get where you are going alone. Your journey will include many different experts along the way. Intrigued?
You need your energy to focus on the things you love to do!
It might sound funny to say, but I do what I do because I’m annoyed…
- I’m annoyed with seeing too many entrepreneurs waste valuable time and energy trying to figure out what they need on their journey.
- I’m annoyed when I see a website that someone has paid thousands of dollars for but it won’t actually help them build and grow their business.
- I’m annoyed when I see over-complicated systems that are not working for YOUR business because people have not understood what you needed along your journey and set you up with too many options.
What if each step you made in your business could seamlessly flow into the next without you needing to “redo” each and every time?
That’s why getting started on the right foot is so important.
After spending 15 years supporting corporate executives I decided to put a new spin on the support I was bringing to the table. I started my own business in 2006 and I have not looked back.
Over the years I have honed in on the skills needed to thrive in the online world of being a support professional. During that time I have learned what I love and what I really don’t love. I have made mistakes and learned what works for me. I have grown each step of the way into who I am today. There is still so much to learn and I want to share what I have learned over the years to help other entrepreneurs to be the best that they can be as they get started on their exciting journey.
My truth, I am a bit of an introvert and online business is great place to hide for an introvert. It wasn’t until I was at the Be The Change Event in March of 2012 that this really had an impact on me. I was listening to one of the speakers (Eileen Gordon) talking about why online business is perfect for introverts. Then it hit me. Just because online business is great for introverts doesn’t mean that I need to hide! I love what I do! I could sit in my office and build sales pages all day long. Sometimes I do! I walked away from that event and hired myself a bad-ass coach to help me through my “visibility avoidance” and started to really work on what I wanted my life and business to look like.
Today I focus on empowering female business owners who are building their empire in the coaching industry. I take them from “What The Hell” to “WOW… now I get it!” All the while keeping it simple…so they can get it done.
When I am not found behind my computer you will find me spending time with my family and enjoying all that life has to offer. I love the water and enjoy taking vacations with my husband. Summer boating and watching our kids have a blast is awesome…there is no better family time.
It’s amazing what people are capable of when they are doing things that they are passionate about. I love watching my boys develop their passions around hockey and hip hop dancing. That is where you will find me all winter…between the rink and the dance studio!
And of course my office assistant, Georgia, is always there to bring a smile to my face. She’s not so great at the filing part yet but we are working on that 😉
- Keep things simple along the way so that your systems will grow with you.
- Get the support you need to make things happen so you can focus on what you LOVE.
Loving what you do and being real is the best path to a successful business!
